The ZTAG-TS is a single-use data logger that monitors and records both temperature and shock/vibration events throughout transportation. With 100 Hz sampling it captures the intensity of every impact, giving you reliable evidence to assess the condition of high-value, electronic, liquid and fragile goods — and to trace damage causes, settle liability and improve packaging.
Key Features
  • Temperature + shock in one logger: ±0.5°C accuracy and 100 Hz shock sampling for precise impact detection.
  • Up to 17,280 temperature records plus approx. 200 shock trigger records.
  • Automatically generates PDF and CSV reports via direct USB connection — no software needed.
  • IP65 protection with 3M adhesive backing, suitable for various packaging environments.
  • Up to 60 days of operation at 25°C; up to 4 programmable alarm limits.
  • Air-freight ready: RTCA/DO-160G compliant — safe to ship even while active.
Applications
  • Fragile items and electronics transportation
  • Liquid and chemical shipments
  • High-value goods requiring damage evidence
How It Works
  1. Start the logger and attach it inside the package with the 3M adhesive.
  1. It records temperature continuously and logs every shock event at 100 Hz.
  1. Plug into any PC via USB — the PDF/CSV report shows the full temperature curve and every impact.
